REACH Delivery - Billing Dashboard


This function is accessible to all administrators that have created a billing/payment account so that they can become a message sender within REACH Delivery. This facility is available in the "Administrator Functions" -> "Advanced Settings" -> "Billing Functions" menu.

The function provides the following features:

Make a Credit Card Payment

Use a credit card to pay the balance of one or more invoices

View an Invoice

View the details of an outstanding invoice or check the payments for a historical invoice

Update Help Desk password

Update the password that is used to access your financial records via the Reach Delivery Management Suite. This would be used by Reach Delivery Support to access your transactions if required.
