REACH Delivery - Password Recovery If you have forgotten your password you can request that a reminder email be sent to you.
If you enter either your 'User ID' or the 'Email Address' to which the account is registered an email will be sent to you containing your current password. A confirmation will be displayed on screen to show that this has been done.
Once you receive a reminder of the password you will need to change your password when you next log into the system.
