REACH Delivery - Possible Existing Contact
When adding a new user, as part
of the add a new user function, REACH Delivery will try to find a possible match
for the user that you are adding by suggesting user names that are
similar phonetically to the user you have added. Sometimes,
therefore, when you add the user the
following "possible existing Contact" screen is presented.

This
is a list of possible users (points of contact) that you were trying to add. The
only options on this screen are:

Select the user you intended
as the point of contact by clicking the
users name and then clicking the
icon

Decide not to change from the
user name you were adding and return from this
screen without changing the user by clicking the
icon
Please note: The process of setting up
a new user will NOT send them the installer. The
REACH Delivery system will wait for you to complete the send
message process with at least a covering note, even if
it is just "Hello", before sending the message AND the
installer together. Therefore, when you have added
a new point of contact you have to send at least a
covering note (and document if you wish) before the new
point of contact will be invited to install REACH Delivery.
