REACH Delivery - Select Point of Contact for Message
Add recipients (points of contact)
that you want the message to go to
The select points of contact for a
message screen allows you to select who you will send
the message to.
If you cannot find the
'point of contact' you wish to send the message to, you
can add a new one for ANY company as long as you know
their e-mail address. To do this, click the 'Add new
point of contact' button


First, enter any part of the company name that you know
into the "Destination Company" box and then click the
"Find Button. You will be presented with a screen
to select the company you want. A detailed summary
of the "select company" function is available on the
specific Select Company
help page
The List of Administrators and Points
of Contact should populate automatically after you have
selected the company. The list of administrators
and points of contact may be accessed by clicking the
Tabs just underneath the "destination contact" heading.
Select the points of contact or
administrators you wish to send the message to and click
the button:

to add them to the destination list of recipients for
the message.
Repeat the cycle of selecting companies, administrators
and points of contact as many times as required until
you have a destination list of recipients that you
require.
Distribution List
If it is likely that you will use the destination list
of recipients that you have created again then you can
save this as a "destination list" in your REACH Delivery system by
clicking the button:

You will be prompted to enter a name for your
distribution list to save it under within REACH
Delivery.
Thereafter, when you enter this screen, you can select
the "Distribution lists" tab

which will bring up the following screen:

Select the distribution list that you require and click
the "add selected entries to the destination list below"
to populate the list of people that the message is to be
sent to.
