REACH Delivery - Administrator and Recipient Roles
Super Administrator (level 0)

Primary Functions: can set up other administrators,
delete administrators, Access to full administrator menu
Set: First user within a company becomes Administrator
or can be set up by other Administrator
Required: at least 1 for each company.

Administrator (level 1)

Primary Functions: can set up other users,
delete users, Access to full administrator menu
Set: First user within a company becomes Administrator
or can be set up by other Administrator
Required: at least 1 for each company. Can have
multiple.
The Administrator also has all the capabilities of the
level 2, 3 and 4 users. However, the level 2 (file
sender) capabilities will be restricted until the
company has signed up and paid for file sending rights.
File Sender (level 2)
Primary Functions: send message/documents
internally/externally, set up external contacts/users
Set: Administrator sets up senders, administrator has
file sender rights.
The file sender also has all the capabilities of the
level 3 and 4 users unless specifically restricted by
the administrator.
File Receiver (level 3)
Primary Functions: Receive messages/documents, pass
messages/documents on internally, load documents
Set: Default user type that is automatically set the
first time someone receives a message/document via REACH Delivery.
There is no costs associated with this user type.
Required: 1 for each company (at least the administrator
who is automatically a file receiver)
Internal File Receiver
(level 4)
Primary Functions: Only available in private address
books, Receive messages/documents internally via
REACH Delivery internal distribution, Pass
messages/documents on internally, load documents
Set: Internal File receivers cannot be File Receivers or
File Senders. Must be set up by an
administrator.
There is no costs associated with this user type.
Required: Not required, optional user type.
