REACH Delivery - Historical Sent messages
When you have sent a message
through the REACH Delivery system you will be able to review then
through the pending outbound messages function
until it has been accepted by the user. Once the
message is "accepted" it is moved to the Historical sent
messages screen.
The screen below shows the information screen displayed
when you double click on a sent message that has been
accepted by a recipient.
The historical sent messages function
is similar to the pending outbound (sent) message
function with the exception that the 'Add Text to
Message'
and 'Cancel Message (recall)' functions are not available
for historical sent messages. This means that you
cannot alter/change a message once the user you sent it
to has accepted it.

What do the symbols mean?
Forward - forwards the message via
Send a Message
Internal Distribute - Select one or more of the
flies (by checking the tick box) and then forward these
internally via the "Distribute
Files" function.
Message Details - Provides audit information for the
message, summary on
Message Audit help page
If a Receipt has been generated for a message then
further icon is displayed
View receipt - provides a simple summary screen of the
receipt associated with this file, as shown below:
